IMPORTANT: There are three options on the form. Please let us know: 1) If you plan to purchase the book on your own; 2) If you want to order a book through us but pay via cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo; or 3) If you want to purchase through the Mount Booksture.
If you choose the first or second option, you can submit without having to pay anything online. To purchase the book through the online Mount Bookstore, you will need to enter your payment information.
